Description of Work:	Developement of the existing waste cell to increase air space for future landfill. Scope included the Drilling and blasting of 10,000m3 of rock, crushing & processing of blast rock to produce a suitable fill & placement / compaction of fill to specification & design levels for cell liner placement. Placement of Geosynthetic Clay Liner [GCL] liner to the Cell floor inclusive of sand & Geofabric fabric protective layers.
