| Description of Work: |
- All Erosion and Sedimentation controls in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Provide truck washdown facilities in accordance with the approved environmental management plan (EMP).
- Clearing the 30htr site of all trees, rubbish, bush vegetation, vegetable matter, organic debris, scrub, timber, stumps, boulders and rubble to allow earthwork operations, building, pavement landscaping work, etc to proceed.
- Stripping of topsoil over site to stockpile [approx 60,000m3]
- All bulk excavation to main site area including but not limited to buildings, fences, swales, detention basin, rainwater tanks, wiers, structures for services equipment, block retaining walls, hydraulic step pits, paving and landscape areas, etc. All detailed excavation to areas including but not limited to compaction of sub-grade,stabilised base course, sand blinding to underside of slabs on ground, approved granular filling.
- Filling to areas as detailed & compacted in layers including building pads, roads, landscaped areas, retention pond embankments & playing fields.
- Construction of all roads & carparks.
- Preparation to underside of pavement for all hardstands, concrete pavement, pathways & building slabs inclusive of base course supply & installation.
- Construction of 4 retention ponds & associated diversion drains & culverts
- Construction od spillways & reno mattress scour protection.
- Construction of entry road and culvert bridge.
- All site setout & survey, WAE & Quality documentation for the project in line with specifications & project requirements.
- Design, Construction & commissioning of SPS 29 to service the facility inclusive of all pipework, pumping units, electrical & civils in line with Shoalhaven Water standards & specifications.
- Bulk removal of excess spoil from site.
