			Select Civil Pty Ltd is a Civil Contracting and Plant Hire Company which has been established since 1976, and is now based in Unanderra just one hour south of Sydney's CBD Since conception Select Civil has enjoyed great working relationships with some of Australia's leading construction and civil companies providing them with quality Wet / Dry Hire and civil contracting service.

We are aware of the requirements of working on large construction projects and have in place all the necessary requirements.

	We have current Quality Assurance Certification to AS/NZS ISO9001:2000 and an accredited OHS&R Management System (by the RTA of NSW).
	We also operate an Environmental management System for all contract works.
	We have full compliance with the workers compensation insurance, superannuation (CBUS), long service leave, redundancy (ACIRT) and top up insurance (UPLUS) requirements of the construction industry.
	Select Civil's employees work under an EBA that is supported by the CFMEU which has contributed to a relatively low turnover of staff. With many employees having been trained and developed within the company.

In January 2001 Select Civil was purchased by France's Leading Plant Hire Company, Groupe Poisson S.A. www.groupepoisson.fr. Groupe Poisson has been operating over 300 items of plant for the past 20 years, focusing on materials handling, waste and recycling.
